Direct Investments in Private Equity and Venture Capital
- We invest directly in growth PE or late stage VC companies with proven business models
- Geographically, our scope is global – though our natural focus is MENA, where we have the biggest chance to create value
- Our sectors of focus include consumer goods, food processing, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, education and technology-enabled businesses.
- We target a ticket size of $3-15 Mn and aim to take a significant minority and an active role in value-creation.
Fund participations
- We participate in top-tier Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds globally with proven track record of outsized performance
- We leverage our relationships with fund managers to gain access to select co-investment opportunities
