Tala Bassil joined APIC Capital in 2026, bringing over 9 years of experience spanning private equity, market research, transaction advisory, and operations. Prior to joining APIC Capital, Tala was a Senior Associate at The Content Lab, Tarjama&, where she managed content and marketing projects for clients across the finance, media, and corporate sectors. Before that, she held operations and people management roles at Datatonic, a London-based data and AI consultancy, and CrossBoundary, an investment advisory firm focused on frontier markets, where she was appointed as its first Global Head of Staffing.

Tala holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
